Ski Fitness 2025 Session #1 ON DEMAND
On line access to complete fitness training content where you can build strength, agility, endurance and flexibility to put you at your best when the resorts open this winter! This is pre-recorded content. Each week a series of classes will be uploaded to a webiste where you will have acces to the playlist of classes. These classes were recorded during the 2020-2021 season when in-person options were not an option at the Orthopaedic Center (hospital based facility). Our Ski Fitness team adapted our in-person class to an on demand class where you can build from the couch to the slopes in 9 weeks. Each week there were two fitness classes and one yoga class. Live classes were recorded and offered later for streaming to registered participants. Because you asked, we are offering this option of on demand to begin at your convenience!

Class consists of 9 weeks of progressive training.
Each week contains 4 classes that will be uploaded weekly.
- 2 full workouts
- 1 short workout
- 1 yoga practice.
You will get an email with a link to access the playlist of classes
A schedule will be given for guidance/tracking options
You will also have information on how to perform self fitness assessments for pre and post measuerments.
We will ship you the resistance bands needed.
At the end of class, we will send you your shirt!

- Begin with session 1
